🌍 The Regions We Explore
🍾 Champagne
Effervescent and refined — this is where the magic of champagne begins. We visit both iconic houses and family-run estates, and wander the peaceful lanes of Épernay and Hautvillers.

🍷 Burgundy

The heart of French wine and slow living. In Burgundy, we savor Pinot Noir, Aligoté, and Chardonnay, explore Beaune’s historic market, and enjoy the rhythm of village life.
🧀 Jura
Tucked between vineyards and forested hills, Jura is a hidden treasure — known for its rustic food, artisan cheese, and untouched charm. Meet with local winemakers and taste wines from my region that you might have never heard of, such as Trousseau, Savagnin, Poulsard, and our famous Vin Jaune, which ages for 7 years in barrels before reaching our tables.
